Court shoe

Most padel is played on turf with sand brushed into it. You push off hard for the ball, then slide into it and stop. This sole does the first with a herringbone forefoot and the second with an omni heel.

Care

Knock the sand out of the sole after play. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and dry it away from heat.

Herringbone to push

Under the ball of the foot a herringbone pattern bites into the turf between the grains, for the first step to a ball in the corner.

Omni to slide

Under the heel, small round studs ride over the sand instead of digging in, so a slide into a low volley stays under your control.

A toe for the drag

The rubber wraps up over the toe, where the drag foot wears through court shoes first.
