Shipping.
Every piece leaves the atelier in northern Portugal, pressed and folded in tissue. This is how it reaches you, and how it comes back if it is not right.

Where we ship
The United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom, tracked and signed for.

Duties and currency
For the United States and the United Kingdom we pay the duties and import taxes when the parcel lands, so the total at checkout is the total and nothing is asked for at the door.
Prices are in euros, the currency the house works in. A card in another currency converts at its own rate.

Returns
Thirty days from delivery, for any piece that is unworn and still has its label. The return label is on us, from the US, the EU and the UK. The refund goes back to the way you paid within five working days of the piece reaching us.

Exchanges
The wrong size is exchanged for free, once per piece. Tell us the size you need when you send it back and the new one leaves the day yours arrives.

Made for you
The print dress, printed with your print, and a cardigan with your monogram are made for you alone, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If either arrives with a fault, it is replaced.

A year of repairs
If a seam gives or a piece is not what we described within a year, write to us and we repair it or replace it.
