A diamond under each arm
A gusset of the same piqué is set where the sleeve meets the body. When the arm goes up, the gusset opens instead of the body being dragged up after it.

A knitted collar
The collar and cuffs are knitted to shape, not cut from the body cloth, so they keep their roll after a season of washing. Two lines of glass-edge green are knitted in.

Three centimetres longer than the front, for the reach behind you when the ball comes off the back glass lower than you hoped.
